Registration will be held in the Hall 1 Lobby (Level 1) of the America's Center as follows:

Wednesday, March 3 — 3:00 pm-7:00 pm
Thursday, March 4 — 6:30 am-6:00 pm
Friday and Saturday, March 5-6 — 6:00 am-4:00 pm
Sunday, March 7 — 6:30 am-11:00 am

Should you have to cancel your convention registration on or before February 17th, the Society will refund your registration fee, minus a $75 administrative charge. However, no refunds will be made on registrations cancelled after February 17, 2010.

The President's Reception and Banquet will be held from 7:00 to 10:00 pm on Saturday, March 6. Your registration includes admission to this event. (Because of their reduced registration fee, Residents, Surgical Oncology Fellows and Nurses must purchase a separate ticket for the reception/banquet.) Please plan to attend.

The meeting will be held at the America’s Center and Renaissance St. Louis Grand & Suites Hotel. The hotel is across the street from the convention center.

SSO has reserved a special block of sleeping rooms for meeting attendees at the Renaissance St. Louis Grand & Suites Hotel.

            Room Rate: $140 Single / Double (+15.491% tax)

Hotel reservations must be made online here or by phone. A credit card will be required to guarantee your reservation.

To reserve your sleeping room, you may:

When making reservations by phone, make sure you ask for the Society of Surgical Oncology room block.  Make your hotel reservations as early as possible because the special convention room rates are only in effect until February 2, 2010 or until the room blocks are filled.

SSO has arranged for special discounts on airfares with American Airlines for travel to St. Louis.   Please mention the SSO Authorization number (listed below) when making your airline reservations.

To book your air travel, call SSO’s official travel agency, Uniglobe Preferred Travel, at 1-800-626-0359 and after the prompt dial “0” (M-F 8:30 am – 5:30 pm CST).  Uniglobe Preferred Travel has SSO’s Authorization number and if applicable it will automatically be entered for every reservation called in or booked on-line.  If you prefer you may:

• Book your travel online at www.uniglobepreferred.com. Scroll down and click on Rapid-Rez links. When the booking page comes up, click on “Create New User”. Enter personal information, click “done”; the next page is for more detailed personal information – here you must enter a credit card number and billing address to make a reservation. Scroll down and click “Save”. Click on the “Travel Planner” tab to make a reservation. Please record your User ID and your Password for future use.  Discount fares are automatically displayed on this site and booking on this site will have a reduced agency service fee of $15.

SSO has negotiated a special reduced rate with GO BEST Express for your airport ground transfer. You must make your reservations by February 23 to receive the special discounted rate. Walk-ups will not be eligible for the discount.

Arrival at Airport:

• Depart the concourse and proceed to Baggage Claim for your luggage
• Main Terminal – located across from baggage carousel M2
• East Terminal – located near ET14

Departure to Airport

• Reservations must be made online for pick up at your hotel
• Airlines recommend you arrive at the airport 2 hours before your flight
