Cut to the Case: Complex Cases in Cancer Surgery

          
SSO’s new webinar series, Cut to the Case, offers you an opportunity to submit one of your unique and/or challenging cases in the areas of breast, colorectal, gastric, melanoma and sarcoma cancers. This webinar series will be moderated by SSO Immediate Past President Daniel G.Coit, MD and SSO  Vice-President David L. Bartlett, MD.

Those who submit a case will be entered in a drawing to win a free meeting registration to SSO’s Annual Cancer Symposium, March 21 – 24, in Chicago, IL.*  Please note that if your case is selected for a webinar you will not be obligated to participate during the live webinar, but may actively participate in the question and answer period.

experted-logoEach webinar in the series will consist of three 10-minute case-based presentations, each followed by a 5-minute question and answer session. The webinars will be conducted live and will be recorded for posting in the SSO’s new learning management system, ExpertEd@SSO (available in late 2017). Participants will be able to earn 0.75 AMA Category 1 CreditTM and 0.75 self-assessment credit that may be applied toward Part 2 of the American Board of Surgery (ABS) MOC program by completing online post self-assessment exams and an evaluation post-activity for a maximum total of 2.25 CME credits and 2.25 credits that can be applied toward Part 2 of the ABS MOC program for the webinar series.

You will receive notification that your case has been accepted by January 5, 2018 and SSO 2018 meeting registration winners will be notified by January 8, 2018.
