Representatives from 10 global oncology societies participated in this forum. SSO 2017 - GFCS

The second GFCS meeting was held on March 22, 2018 at SSO 2018, in Chicago, Illinois. Representatives from 12 global oncology societies participated in this forum. The focus of the meeting was to identify barriers to surgical care for cancer patients in each different country. A manuscript addressing these barriers, based on data provided by several global oncology societies, will be published in the Annals of Surgical Oncology in the following months.
