Joint Meeting between the SSO & CSCO at SSO 2018 in Chicago

The Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology (CSCO), founded at Beijing Hotel in April of 1997, is a nonprofit professional academic group that is voluntarily constituted by clinical oncology professionals, relevant enterprises and public institutions. CSCO has been committed to developing the continuing medical education on clinical oncology, enhancing multi-discipline collaboration, encouraging multicenter research, promoting the standardization of tumor diagnosis and treatment, so as to benefit patients in all.

2018 CSCO Call for Applications

The Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology (CSCO) has offered SSO members opportunities to present their SSO 2018 poster at their upcoming meeting in Xiamen, China on September 19-23, 2018.

Each opportunity includes:
  • A stipend of $1,000 USD to assist with travel expenses
  • Complimentary registration to the 21st Annual Meeting of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology
  • Accommodation for three nights to attend the Annual Meeting.

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must:
  • Have had an abstract/poster accepted at SSO 2018 (must have been submitted through the formal SSO Call for Abstracts)
  • Be an SSO member
  • Be 45 years of age or younger 
  • Be able to travel to China in September 2018
  • Possess a valid passport
  • If not a U.S. Citizen, must be able to obtain a visa
