Additional months are available for elective endeavors including interventional breast imaging, and additional exposure to the clinical areas described above. Beaumont’s clinical volume insures Fellows’ clinical and operative experiences are protected from competition by surgical residents and other rotating trainees.

Fellows attend and participate in the didactic educational programs. Regularly scheduled conferences include: multidisciplinary breast cancer tumor board, morbidity and mortality conference, oncology lecture series, research lecture series and surgery grand rounds.
