As of December 16, 2019, the fee for processing applications for programs seeking initial approval will be a non-refundable $2,000 fee and an invoice will be generated and sent once the PID is received by the SSO. The PID will not be reviewed until the application fee has been paid.
Please be aware that this fee is not the site visit and annual program fee. This is a secondary fee that will be assessed at time of program approval and site visit.
