Interviews

SSO encourages CGSO Fellowship Programs to conduct in-person interviews during the CGSO program match but understands each individual program must make the choice that is best for their institution. There should be one declared approach at each institution, either entirely virtual or entirely in-person, but no hybrid combination of both approaches. SSO recognizes many programs prefer in-person interviews, however, there is no one-size-fits all approach and each program will need to decide what format best meets their needs and the needs of their fellowship candidates.
